So many people give adorable pictures during the holidays. Why not dress up those pictures with an amazing photo frame? So this week I am suggesting that you follow this great tutorial at The Pink Elephant Challenge to make some Altered photo frames! I made mine a little different then the actual tutorial. but that's the beauty of it all, follow the basic instructions and don't be afraid to use your imagination!
