So lately I have been taking a break from paper crafts. I found a very cool website and discussion forum called Sewing Mamas. It is a fantastic place to share ideas, tutorials, tips, and projects with other women who sew. I pulled out all of my fabric and got the sewing bug. This morning I finished up the edges on a quilt. I know it is rather basic, but I have not sewn a quilt in quite some time, so simple was the best way for me to make it, and not mess it up. It is rather girly and full of butterflies. I had planned on selling it or using it as a gift. But it is too darn cute. I am now thinking I may keep it for the baby. LOL What do you think?
I'm a 34 yr old, wife, home schooling, stay at home mom to three. I love to do everything crafty. I love to do paper crafts, sewing, and just about anything else that gets my creative juices flowing. Most recently crafting has lead to my business. I now sell what I create on Etys. I make jewelry, hair accessories, and more!
